What We Do

Essentially, we take the stress out of selling your biggest asset - your home. Our job is to act as the gatekeeper and trusted advisor for the sale of your property at the best possible market price. On top of this we do things differently, like run a 2 hour Open Homes on the first weekend and push back on offers that involve a finance clause as this is an easy exit for a purchaser. Finance can be pre-approved generally.

Property Brokers

Our job is to get buyers interested in your property and to encourage them to make an offer on your property at a level you are happy with.

Facilitators

Once the listing agreement is signed and the marketing paid for, we then arrange the Photography and all other elements of the marketing, ready for your property to hit the market.

Open Homes

We run open homes for 2 hours on the first weekend (Saturday & Sunday), then we run 30 minute open homes & private viewings from this point until the property is sold.

Marketing Expertise

Our marketing package recommended includes professional photos, internet marketing, large signboard, Current LIM, CT plus a Certified Builders Report.
